We recognize that we have a responsibility to understand and manage the risks of modern slavery within our business and supply chains. We carry out due diligence checks on our suppliers to ensure that they are committed to ethical business practices and to ensure that they are not involved in any form of modern slavery.
Our Policies and Procedures
To ensure that we are doing everything we can to prevent modern slavery, we have developed policies and procedures to identify, prevent and mitigate any risks. Our policies include:
A whistleblowing policy to encourage employees to report any concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking.
A supplier code of conduct which sets out our expectations for suppliers to operate ethically and responsibly.
A due diligence process which includes reviewing supplier practices to ensure that they comply with our standards.
Training and Awareness
We provide training and awareness to our employees to ensure that they understand the risks of modern slavery and how to identify and report any concerns. We also work to raise awareness of the issue of modern slavery within our supply chains.
